What happens to your data

  • Permanently deleted: your account (email address, display name, login), saved follows, notifications, and private address lookups.
  • Anonymized: citizen reports, comments, timeline entries, corrections, and evidence you submitted stay part of the public record but are attributed to "Anonymous Citizen" / "Deleted user" — no link back to your account.
  • Retained: government records, officials, legislation, and other public data from official agencies (never personal data), plus a minimal audit record of the deletion request itself.
  • Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore a deleted account.
